sandracreason @cmurphy856o Awesome, thank you! It's actually for my old man, he's just recently taken up watch collecting and I noticed he seemed partial to certain styles and colors. I do agree, the color does make it look a bit militaristic, doesn't it? Thank you so much for the watch!

cmurphy856o @sandracreason The band is probably some alloy material..its got the green anodized finish to match the case, which I've rarely seen. The band is lighter, not heavy like some higher quality bands. It has some color loss towards the back, but thats why I let it go so cheap. Its not visible from the front and its still quite unique overall. Fossil makes a decent watch. I sell quite a few of them when I get hold of nice ones. I might suggest buying a nice black and green NATO or brown leather band.

cmurphy856o @sandracreason Its an addictive and as you get more savvy, its an expensive hobby. I love it, but its eats a hole in your pocket! But hey, you only live once. He can join watch forums and learn about watches. Watchuseek.com is a great one. He can join Facebook groups like Affordable Mechanical Watches or Affordable Watches / Divers and Others (AWDO). Great guys who buy, sell, trade, etc, and are a wealth of knowledge.

cmurphy856o I started out buying all kinds of things, then started realizing Im into minimalists, and non-chronometer dive watches. I don't dive, but I just find myself partial to that look. Colored bezels, usually darker dial colors. I buy things I think are interesting and might sell for on here, but like all watch collectors, I have one double box (20 watches) that are my personal rotation. I rarely sell those...but now and then I force myself to sell one if I want to add something else....but its fun

sandracreason @classyhandbags4 just sharing the love, doll! I'm at my budget atm and I'm so sorry that I didn't leave more than just a rating (I got several packages at once and my kids tore into them like it was Christmas morning lol) but you made an extra happy posher all the way around and I will definitely be back to shop (and leave reviews)!
