The box you put them in was damaged and there was a sticker on it offering their apologies for the damage that came from the Charlotte office. Fortunately the items were not damaged due to your great packaging. I'm so very pleased with them, they are perfect. I am mostly pleased with your handling of everything. It's great doing business with someone who has that kind of integrity.

olderwoman @tomandjuell hi and thanks for checking out my closet. What you need to do is cancel the purchase of the suit and you can do that by going to the where it shows your purchase and at the bottom where it has problems with your order, go there and cancel the purchase. Since you created a bundle with the suit, you can then add other items plus you'll get an extra 15% discount for bundling two or more items and pay only one shipping cost. Hope this helps.

tomandjuell I wrote to customer service told them which was true that by the time i figured it out it was to late to cancel. plus my daughter and her husband was in the ER at the same time They both have the flue been sick for several days. olderwoman @lacie510 No I haven't received it yet. Poshmark sent your address label to me and the other buyer and said to return the bracelets to you. We first had to take pics of the bracelet we received with an explanation of what happened and send that to them, then they sent your label.

I told them I have 2 fantastic buyers who were willing to return them so the correct person got the correct bracelet. So I talked to the CEO how unfair it was that 2 fantastic buyers got two different responses and if I had another one that you ordered I would just send it.
