gian1230 @keela_j sorry, but all my size 4 skirts measure 14 inches. The one you listed was tiny by sight and measured 12 plus inches. That’s more a size 0. If you’re a size 4 you’d see that this was either mismarked by store or ran small and should of said. I absolutely love the skirt , but I will have to get my seamstress to save me somehow.
