pumolati @sandra_adams - they do not have a phone number that I know of. I got a message saying their “Contact Us” isn’t working right now because they are updating their system. Maybe it’s a question I can answer in the meantime?

tnotdesign @pumolati thanks. I got the app and created an acct. when I was ready to start posting on a more regular basis I went back to my app and I was asked to log in. Somehow it did so thru Facebook and transferred my data from that platform to Poshmark and I cannot log into my original acct . Seems as though you have different ways to share info via Poshmark directly vs thru Facebook. In the end I want one acct that I can access thru the Poshmark app.

pumolati @sandra_adams ugh. Unfortunately, that does sound like something you will have to talk to Poshmark about. I’m sorry you are having problems; they are usually fairly responsive, but during this update they said things will be slower. I also know they are spending a lot of effort responding to issues regarding the hurricane and delayed shipping issues for customers. I hope everything gets resolved soon!
