thriftintime80 Hi Sandra. I was just notified that I had switch labels on two orders. You are going to get a pair of born clogs. I am so sorry I sent your Mickey shirt to the lady who was supposed to receive the clogs. When you receive the item, just open a case that you have received the wrong item and Poshmark will work it out. I’ve never done that before. I am so sorry.

Yes with Covid some of my packages have been taking quite a long time to get delivered. I’ll call the post office today and see where that package is in the system. Thank you

I have a package I sent to a buyer its hasn’t moved through the Postal Service since December 11..🤦🏻‍♀️ Hopefully I’ll receive it Saturday and the Poshmark will send you a label to ship it to the other client. thriftintime80 @sandejohns hi, Merry Christmas 🎄 so what you do is click on the shirt that you purchased from me, Scroll down to the bottom it should says Poshmark/problems click on that and then click on received wrong item. If you can take a picture of the clogs and explain what happened.. that I sent your shirt to the other person and you received the clogs. Thx

thriftintime80 @sandejohns Again, I am sorry for this mixup. Thurs. I asked PM to step in to see what has happened to your package. PM said customer service is very they’re busy, an will get back to me within 48 hours. What I’m concerned about is the other buyer received her shoes you sent, and I have a feeling they kept the shirt. It looks like they printed out the shipping label to you but they never sent it. That’s what I’m thinking now. I’m sorry. I’ll let you know when Poshmark gets back to me. Thx 😔
