suzettev @victoriayu9844 I’m so sorry to hear this. You must report her to Poshmark using the Support feature on the app. Just click through on your sale of the items and you’ll see it. I reported her. Also, we have to tag @sandy_2019 each time so there’s a record of our attempts to contact her. And you are right, the limit is 72 hours, but for me it’s been a week that the package had been at USPS which is unusual, so I opened a case. Let me know if I can help you further.
