Hi love! Did the Balmain arrive ok? I just saw the tracking said "visible damage". I packed the item very carefully, but VISIBLE DAMAGE! On that jacket! Is it ok?

@tcardinal The box was completely crushed. I took pics of it since it was so bad. The jacket lining and leather is wrinkled. Looks like a worn jacket not NWOT appearance. Im a little bugged by that. You’re a very conscientious person to contact me first. I appreciate that.

@lottaflossy the leather wasn't wrinkled when I sent it. I kept it on a hanger, and wore it out once to walk in and out of a restaurant. Im hopeful that a few days to let it breathe will rectify the wrinkled leather.
I can't believe the box was CRUSHED!!! I know you must be so disappointed. I am disappointed for you. It's a rare and beautiful jacket. What can I do to make this right?

@lottaflossy those airbags I put in must have popped in transit. Damn it, that's so upsetting. It was a 2 day delivery, it shouldn't have gotten so beat up.
I'm really sorry she didn't arrive in her usual perky state.
Ok... Let her breathe. She's been through a lot in transit, but she's well made. She should bounce back to her former glory.

@tcardinal I was thinking the same about it looking better after a couple of days. I’ve got it hanging up in my dressing room. I keep checking it out when I go in there. Rare and beautiful is my thing. You should see my dressing room, etc.
I’m just having a hard time thinking right now. Family member passed away a few days ago. It’s been a really bad week. 😔

@tcardinal The shipping label was dangling held on by a little piece of tape. I’m surprised I got the jacket at all quite honestly. I’m not surprised. I shop a lot online. I’ve seen worse. The jacket was definitely abused. We’ll give her some recovery time. I hope my other Balmain jacket that’s coming fares a kinder shipping experience! Lol
