mdianne1 Hi Sandra!!!! I am sorry to hear about the lanyard. Unfortunately, once the order is accepted, it cannot be returned or exchanged. Also, you mentioned that it was used several weeks. I thoroughly checked over the lanyard before shipping. I also took pictures of the lanyard before packing it up and took pictures of the the packing process. As a good customer service, I will sell you another lanyard at a substantial discount and discount shipping. Please get back to me.

I'm totally bummed about the defect, the front with the rivets and the strap look as fab as ever, it's jus the splitting around the window side.
