ccrisostomo4 Hi can you see this message? I see that your trying to return my bag. I escalated the issue because the bag I sent is new out the box and all the pictures I uploaded is in my page and the way you described the bag was completely different. So I will need my purse inspected on return. This is very upsetting as a seller. I only hoped to answer all your questions and provided all the photos and receipt you requested before purchase.
