mstre53209 Hi, I just wanted to let you know that the $250 Gucci belt bomjayyy5 is selling is fake & not worth the $7.11 shipping fee. It even looks cheap, and I seriously doubt that it's genuine leather. It's difficult to see in the photos, but the buckle is attached to the strap with a screw, and the size is stamped in the form of a fraction (example, 40/100) by itself on the tip of the belt. Those are 2 major dead giveaways often seen on a fake, and you'll NEVER see them on an authentic Gucci belt.

mstre53209 I'd guess that at least half of the luxury brand (Gucci, Louis Vuitton, Hermes, Salvatore Ferragamo, etc.) belts (as well as other items) on here are counterfeit, and I report the ones that I come across. However, many of them aren't removed or are sold before they're taken down. There are a lot of scammers on here, so you have to be VERY careful.

mstre53209 Also, if you see a Gucci belt with a serial number that starts with 1212, it's fake. That's another feature often seen on a lot of older counterfeit Gucci belts. All the things I mentioned can be confirmed if you Google "Gucci belt 1212" or "fake Gucci belt." Many of the newer fake Gucci belts don't use screws to attach the buckle to the strap, so nowadays it can be a little more difficult to detect them.
