rose_forbes @scrowell13 @scrowell13 If they sent you an offer there should be an “accept offer” button you can select. If you select it and the item sells your listing will automatically be marked as sold. I like to send a comment to the buyer on the listing thanking them for purchasing it. Hope this helps!

scrowell13 So I just learned that all sales on Poshmark are final unless there is an issue with the description. If you send them back to me, I will refund what I received, $31.20 (which excludes Poshmark’s 20% and the sales tax). Another option, you can list them yourself.😳

bluemoonriver Hi there...I'm writing to see if you can help me with an error...it looks like the wrong pair of jeans was accidentally shipped. I ordered a pair of Kim Gravel cropped, but a pair of Chicos was shipped instead. I thought I'd contact you first to see if you want to start the process of correcting this through Posh. bluemoonriver @scrowell13 No problem...I've accidentally done this as a seller myself once. Posh sent both buyers new labels, and the buyers sent the mis-shipped items to one another. I'll bet that's how they'll resolve it for you. just let me know what you find out. I'm happy to help.😊

I would like to return your money and continue my investigation on who received your jeans. Please give me your e-mail address to arrange reimbursement. I did send the Chico's Boyfriend size 3 jeans to the other buyer using the label Posh provided, so you may need to find out what needs to be done about her receiving an extra pair.
