pollyg14 Hi Sandra, you purchased the citizen jeans from my closet and mentioned the zipper was broken. I’m Really sorry they arrived to you this way. The zipper wasn’t broken when I sent them but I also haven’t worn them in over 2 years so i may not have noticed. If you’d like I can send you a new zipper to get it fixed? I can email citizen and see what type of zippers are used for that particular style of jean. Please let me know, and again I’m really sorry. Thanks
