chattycathy500 Hey Sandra! You purchased a top from me that just arrived today. I got an email from Poshmark that the package quit tracking and they believed it to be lost. Did you not get a message from them? They were going to refund both of us if it didn’t start tracking again. I just wanted you to know that it not my fault that you had delayed shipping!

chattycathy500 Right now all the mail is getting messed up on many of us. I know that you are new to Poshmark so please be aware that this could be a frequent thing with postal problems, fires and riots happening all over. I hope that you we’re happy with your purchase. I have a 5 star rating and I absolutely hate to get anything less. I always ship out same day or next day Can’t help what happens after it was tracking. Thank you!!

chattycathy500 @sandrawilcher you should always be notified that your package started tracking and you can follow tracking on it to see exactly where it is! It’s a big help especially now with so much happening. You should get an email. Make sure you have your setting on to receive email from Poshmark.

I love Poshmark the best it seems to flow much better and the shipping is easy to learn because the are partnered with USPS Priority Mail. Anything up to 5 pounds ships for same rate. With most sellers offering discounts on bundles you get a great buy because it also saves on shipping! I love that. Thank you 😘

chattycathy500 If a buyer makes a mistake when leaving a rating, they may edit it through the app within 30 days of receiving the order. I think you go back to my purchases and find the listing and edit. I have never changed one but I will keep looking to find out exactly how.

rockposh Hi Sandra. I see that you may be new to poshmark so maybe you're not aware that you're rating the seller and not the item? I"m sorry that the top you purchased from me is too small, but I don't think that warrants a one star rating. I had measurements in my listing and I shipped it out the day after accepting your offer. The post office was crazy behind in December which was completely our of my control. :(
