You can contact Poshmark as well claiming the package was never delivered. They can escalate the search. But the tracking number does say it was delivered to the address you have on file with Poshmark

elenaca78 @sandrarosale877 Hello Sandra, I found the receipt with the tracking number and it does say “delivery fail” on April 28th, the original date it was supposed to be delivered. Below is the tracking #, please go to the post office with it and file a missing package claim: 420 1177 2494 0940 5510 2020 6109 3951 499. I’m going to the post office in the morning and I will also ask.
