1960vintage @kentiger63 , hi sorry it’s my grandsons, and used to be his Dads, but it looks new. Anyway if I sell it for 5 I only get 2 dollars, sorry. I can sell locally for that. Just trying to help grandson.

I didn't realize the hat had a personal attachment to it and it is indeed commendable to make the best sale on it for the reasons you stated. I had thought it just might be an old baseball cap in your inventory that you might want to sell quickly and that I would have enjoyed wearing. It's a nice hat. Good luck in getting the most from it.
