@nykol Hello Nicole. I apologize about your order mix up and I began working with Poshmark to resolve the issue. My daughter has been on the site posting and sending out some orders the past few days. Unfortunately, I have a couple of physical health conditions that prevent me from being on the site from time to time. This is when my daughter, who just turned 18; jumps in to help me out. She tries to complete an exceptional job, however, being human, she simply made a mistake.

@nykol What happened is by her error she placed your mailing label on a different order & another label on the order you received. Therefore, your order was delivered to another individual as you received that persons order. I truly apologize and intend to work diligently to fix this error. I may be able to get Posh to give you & the other lady new prepaid labels to each other so that you both can simply drop them off at the post office and receive your proper shipment.

@nykol In no manner was this intended to inconvenience you & please understand that you were not being ignored. I was tied up with MRI's and ultrasounds due to a recent surgery and the anticipation of more. I have struggled with a few health problems for the past couple of years among other things and by utilizing the Poshmark site I my intentions are always to aid others in obtaining items that they may want or need but really cannot afford.

@nykol For the most part, I utilize the site to help others obtain items at a much lower cost without profit to myself because I understand how difficult it may be to obtain these items for some. When people are able to purchase items that they desire from my closet I get self gratification and would never maliciously cause anyone any harm.

@nykol Also, being a single mother with a daughter entering college I have started a scholarship fund for all students in similar situations to access and any profit made from the site goes to this cause. I saw that you have many positive feedback comments however you also sell a lot of items and some comments above also expressed concerns with purchases so it made me feel the need to reach out a certain kind of way. Plus no response and seeing the seller as active is not acceptable to me, however you clarified what was up! You seem like a very kind and generous lady and I hope your feeling better!

I mailed it yesterday though it doesn't show anything on my end because the label showed it was coming from you, like the original one. Did you hear anything from the other buyer on when they plan to ship my package?

@sandysextrahand that makes no sense that they would have me ship mine back to the other buyer but then had the other buyer ship back to you! Did you get any conformation that I shipped mine out? In "my purchases" its just stating shipped to wrong buyer. The lady at the post office asked if it was a correct label because of your return address and the fact that I live in MD- I then told her what was going on. ;)

As for the other lady, I have no way of knowing if she received it. Poshmark would know.
