vettnerscloset @sandymealy Are you using a phone or iPad if so go to the icon at bottom right select the Rolodex one. Scroll down about 3/4 of the way select "My seller tools" then select "My seller tools" and you will be able to choose which discount option you want. Let me know if you have any trouble.

sandymealy @yhull I have another quick question. I have a return which has been approved. I've printed label, packed and at PO. Do I need to update anything on site to show it has been shipped?
