angie2590 I have only received great reviews from every other sale I've had, as an Ambassador I take great pride in this, so I'm not quite sure what could've happened. I hope you realize the free ray bans case I put them in was not at all part of your purchase, which is why I asked if you wanted them. They were just extra to ship them in so they would stay safe. Again sorry for the inconvenience, hopefully Poshmark can do something for you.

I did not want to send it to you in that condition. I'm going to have a professional tack secure the trim then re-list it. I will tag you when I do this so you have the first option to purchase.
