rrippyscott I have been trying to work with Poshmark customer service to help with an exchange but they r not helping. their answer is the sale is final and told me to direct you to them but I want to make it right.

rrippyscott @sandyrealtor please ship them back to Robin Scott 500 creek road, dripping springs tx 78620. I checked my stock and the options that I have in stock in both a 9 and a 10 are the black and clear rowel, red poker chips, the size 10 has a black and white chip instead of red and white, and the orange "ostrich" leather ones.

rrippyscott @sandyrealtor if foot is on the wider side u might want to go up a size. in addition to the ones I listed out I have another brand, called cowgirl jewels that are similar to the gypsy Soule and personally I think they r more comfortable. some of those are in the same price range as the ones u purchased so I would be willing to switch them for one of those as well. they are made with the Swarovski crystals as well

sandyrealtor @rrippyscott ok. I will look at them for sure. These pair were so uncomfortable in the strap area so I’m open to the other pair. Do they run true to size?

rrippyscott @sandyrealtor the cowgirl jewels come small, med, large and extra large. the large is a 9/10. I normally wear an 8 or 8.5 so I went to the large because I didn't want my heel right on the edge. they r just a tad big for me so if u r a 9 or 9.5 the large should be perfect. I have most of the styles listed but not sure I have all the sizes posted for those so check them out and if u like any of them let me know which ones by liking them and then I can confirm if I have a large or not.
