alaskaminnie Thank you for your offer! I just received your offer on a dress. It is CCO this weekend so if I lower the price to 19 you should be getting 2 dollar lower shipping letting you have it for lower and me getting a little higher with posh making up the difference. It doesn’t work on offers so I would lower the price and you would get the notification of discounted shipping. It is only good for 1 hr after price drop so let me know if that would work for you and I can drop the price! Best wishes!
