fischerfrau @sandhi_ji Sorry I saw your comment on my leggings I purchased and wanted to know if you ever received your item(S) from her? Seems the same thing has happened to my items and I'm a bit confused because it seems like a lot of this happens and Poshmark is still allowing her to sell...?

fischerfrau @sandhi_ji My money is still with her and she hasn't even sent out my items. When I saw your comment I should have know better. She claims she sent it out Friday...but I've gone back through her comments and it really does seem to be consistent.

sandhi_ji @fischerfrau I just took a screenshot of her conversation with you that mirrors mine and I'm going to report it to posh right now. You should do the same. Be different if your communication with consistent and she followed through but she doesn't. Posh will refund you. Stay in touch with me and keep me posted!

sandhi_ji I definitely got my posh refund but apparently, she got her money as well because posh has insurance for these kinds of things, says posh. But of course, she couldn't do too much of this as she would get busted. ?

fischerfrau @sandhi_ji Yeah I've had items lost in the mail. So that's understandable. My mail man knows to hold my items if I'm not home. Plus I've sold so many items he picks them up and knows me well. I'm just really trying to figure out if she really is selling them or if she is just posting items. What do you think?

mrsoutherland @fischerfrau @sandhi_ji Both of you "women" are petty and ridiculous, get a hold of yourselves. First of all, do either of you understand the way Posh works? POSH gets your money and holds it until the items is delivered AND accepted by you! I never had the money for the Nike pants nor do I have the money for the lulu pants.

mrsoutherland @fischerfrau @sandhi_ji Am I just listing items?? Everyone has received their items, even if delayed aside from @sandhi_ji AND POSH INVESTIGATED THAT! If I hadn't shipped they wouldn't have refunded my money as "insurance". Both of you sound ignorant and have no understanding of how Posh operates their selling platform or the safeguards they have in place. You should really educate yourself on how this works if you're going to continue buying and selling here.

The last healthy communication I had with her was that she was going to be letting me know if and when the package sent to me, got returned to her, you know, if it was a post office snafu and came back to the return address? Wonder if she'll ever address the real communication we've been trying to have with her.)

fischerfrau @sandhi_ji yes! We just wanted to know exactly what was going on the items we purchased and deserved clear communication on what exactly was going on. Instead we were yelled at and told excuse after excuse. Then when I questioned why it seems she has issues on ALL her items I was reported.

fischerfrau @sandhi_j For harassment?!! Well if she is committing mail fraud it's illegal. I have sent Poshmark screenshots of all her conversations and they seem to all be conducted in this manner. This is insane that this is even going on. I'd never conduct business with my buyers in this manner. Sorry you are dealing with this.
