zuzumarket - You should be able to cancel on your end. If I cancel, it goes against me as not being able to fulfill the order. Go to Purchases, Problems/Inquiries, then make the selection necessary to cancel. You should have 3 hours after the purchase.

zuzumarket - Sandy, I haven’t heard back from you on the purchase of the Danskos. Did you try to cancel the order and still want to do so? I have to either ship the shoes today or something. If I cancel it on my end, it will go against me as not being able to fulfill the order. Please get back with me. I will try to contact Posh to see if they can do it in their end without it affecting my standing in search results.
