kzetsch Hi Sandy, This is Kim, you purchased the Black/Red LulaRoe Randy from me. I realized yesterday that I actually put your package in the UPS bin and not USPS bin on Friday. I can’t believe I did that and that explains why it hasn’t been scanned yet and tracking. I’m so sorry for this mishap. The package is at my local UPS facility, I will be picking it up and putting it in the correct box. Again, I apologize and thank you for your patience.
