jchitwo Hi Sandy! I have shipped the black Sherpa jacket. For the burgundy jacket, please see the note from Poshmark support as I can’t ship it until you go in and update the address to the correct shipping address. Please let me know once you have and I can ship the item.

jchitwo @mygrayhorse I also left a note on the item noting that the directions on how to change your address were listed by Poshmark support. If you have any issues, please reach out to them and they can help. Sorry for all the notes, I just don’t have the ability to update the address in my end.

mygrayhorse @jchitwo I'm sorry, i found the note from support - says it has already been shipped to the wrong address. Not sure what to do..I can give you the address? I think you can maybe mark it as not shipped then i can change it?

jchitwo @mygrayhorse I went in and cancelled the order - you can now go back in and purchase and add the correct address and we should be good…save some time from getting Poshmark support involved again as they can take a day or so to respond.
