Have you been charged for the wallet? If you don’t want to wait I can try to cancel your order so that your money gets refunded? Or if you don’t mind waiting she will mail as soon as she can. Will you file a claim with PoshMark stating that I shipped out the wrong order so that the Posh Ambassador who purchased the Tacori ring will receive it? That’s the Only way that PoshMark will issue you a return shipping label

ldgems @ney7kline I can try but I think you have to do it as the seller because the other buyer needs a shipping label too. I’ve made this mistake when selling also and I believe they issue shipping labels to each of us and we ship to each other

ney7kline @buteragirl Hi Sandy, Have you ever filed a claim before? For example, you received a pair of socks instead of jewelry. This is the same occurance. You received a Tacori ring and not the fused pendants that you purchased. It takes PoshMark 2 days to respond to emails. By that time, your funds will be released to me and I have to tell the Other Posh Ambassador that she will not be receiving the Tacori ring.

If the buyer receives an item that is not as described within the listing, is sent the wrong item, or is in some other way not as described, the buyer can report their problem to us within 3 days of delivery through the app or on the web.

ney7kline @buteragirl the Posh Ambassador who received your fused pendants just opened a case and will be returning the jewelry back to me. Once I receive the pendants, I will ship them to you.

ldgems @ney7kline I opened a ticket but for future reference you can do the same thing as the seller and that way Poshmark support only has one case to respond to. You go under “my sales” and choose shipped the wrong item. As a buyer, we use “my purchases”

ney7kline Greetings Sandy, PoshMark has or will issue you a refund for the three fused pendants that I mistakenly shipped out to another Posh Ambassador. I have received them back in my possession and have relisted them for $16.00. I’m able to ship them out to you tomorrow if you are still interested in repurchasing them.
