simon101010 @sandyank60 the shoes were ordered at night on October 1 and dropped off at the post office Oct 2. I literally could not have shipped them any sooner. You also mentioned packaging. Were the shoes damaged as a result of the packaging? Thanks for the feedback. Enjoy your purchase.

I ordered a number of items that day and mistakenly I gave you the late in shipping comment when it was actually one of the other orders that I still have yet to receive. I will of course amend that. The package was severely crushed and consequently the side of the heel area. I am working on it with heating and trying to reform the area. They really are beautiful shoes so it was dissappointing. Thank you for your response and again I apologize for my mistake.
