People typically mail out their products within 1-3 business days although they are given 7 days. If your order has not been shipped out after the 7th day, you are free to cancel the order. dbashppeds Usually they say it takes 3-5 business days to get your money refunded but every time I’ve had to wait on a refund it’s gotten back to me within 24 hours. If you haven’t received your refund within a week I would definitely contact Posh customer support.
