Hi, I received the rating on the Boden dress and wondered what the issue was with the dress? It was never worn and I didn’t note any issues with cleanliness. Thanks.

@link9062 hi! It’s odd that it was unworn as there were visible anti perspirant stains at the underarms? Could have happened in a try on of course. A dry cleaning will deal with that. The dress is lovely otherwise and, in keeping with the ad.

@smmatt very sorry about that. It was definitely unworn as didn’t fit me! My daughter had tried it on over the holidays as I offered to her (was too big) and I can only think that this is where it came from. So sorry.

sorry I'm not sure what the problem is with the belt. it is leather, it's a type of Saffiano. it's coated and textured. some are smooth, or pebble, embossed, or patent leather.

@smmatt you changed the rating 3 times. You're the only one who didn't like one of the belts. Maybe you're other ones were of a different line, regardless it an authentic Tory belt. If you have a quality issue thats on them. You could have sent it back If it wasn't what you asked for. Oh well, take care
