rachel7293 Hi Sandy, just wanted to stop by to assure you that the NorthFace jacket sent was 100% laundered before shipment, as is every item shipped if not new! I do however have a faux fur drape that the jacket was layed on for folding that may have transferred..otherwise, rest assured it was clean and laundered.
