majada7 @saguidice Hi Sandy! I wanted to let you know that your gorgeous UGG sweater will be shipping a bit late due to our ongoing ice/snow storms here in Austin, TX area. They aren't very equipped to handle this type of weather here and the roads are still pretty undriveable. I ordered a front door pickup today, but the postman didn't show up. More ice storms tonight & tomorrow night, but I will try my very best to get this mailed! I hope you can wait a bit...thank you so much for your patience:-)

majada7 Hi again, Sandy! Thank you so much for your patience. We have power and the roads are icy, but will be drivable by tomorrow afternoon when we will have warmer temps, sunshine, and no storms! I will ship the sweater tomorrow afternoon. It's all set to go:-)
