santo521 @amazinggracebtq I bought some shoes for my daughter but they didn’t fit. How do I go about returning them? I have contacted Poshmark support through email but haven’t heard much.

amazinggracebtq @santo521 Unfortunately there are no returns on Poshmark unless the item is not as described. So it’s very important to get measurements and ask as many questions as possible prior to purchasing. I’m sorry it didn’t work out for you. You can always “reposh” them!

santo521 @amazinggracebtq I wasn’t aware, that kind of sucks. My daughters Nike’s she took off had the same size as the ones I bought. But she couldn’t even get her foot in them. But thanks I appreciate your help.

amazinggracebtq @santo521 Were they new or used? Maybe they had been washed and shrunk a little. You could try returning them as not as described if the sizing was off. Or resell them. Nike sells very well!

santo521 @amazinggracebtq they are Jordan’s I believe they are new. Don’t remember but they look really good and new. Just wish the would have worked out she really liked them
