sapravishing @shivisinghal558 I have not taken an opening video of the package, sorry did not know I had to do that. But the top edges of the bag are slightly peeled off and am worried this will only get worse. So am not able to use the bag at all till date. Pls advise. Thanks!

shivisinghal558 @sapravishing for every package you receive you must have to make a opening parcel video, even we as a seller making closing parcel video, we have sent perfectly fine bag, but there are chances sometimes things like this happen, don't worry share us the snaps will tell you the solution

I have just left it aside as I dont want to use and allow further chipping of the material. I am not able to mail you the pic on the ID you mentioned. Please let me know. Thanks

shivisinghal558 @sapravishing you can purchase another one, but I'm really sorry I can not help you here at poshmark, you don't even has packet opening video nor sending us the snaps of the bag. So how could I go ahead and helping you, the bag you purchased was from our manufacturing we can assure in this that it can not be happen like this with the bag, but still if you have issue, send us the bag we will correct it to the proper use.
