laly_v Hi! I had no idea the leggings were damaged. I sent a notification as (sent wrong item) not quite sure how that works, but maybe we can do the refund that way.

laly_v @schodde hi! No I do not. So, all I can do on my end is submit a “sent wrong item”.... I have already done it twice. From what the Poshmark policy tells me is that they had sent an email to you, letting you know that you also have to submit the “sent wrong item” case.

laly_v So, maybe if you check your email, to see if there is any email from Poshmark....or go into the Lululemon leggings that you purchased from me, and try opening a case. Press the “problem with Oder” button and see if it can be done that way.

schodde @laly_v sorry, I had no idea! I just found it and went to do the wrong order and it said if it has not been reported within 72 hrs of receiving the payment is released and is considered final and completed. Darn
