gdoli @shortcke79 hi Sara! Regarding your recent purchase of the J crew striped dress from my closet, I was wondering if you had the package forwarded to a different address? It was out for delivery, but now says forwarded. I always keep track of sales, so was wondering if that was a change you made yourself? Thank you!

gdoli @shortcke79 I contacted them before I talked to you to let them know that the tracking had an alert, but said that I was going to ask you about it to see if you made the change (which I then told them you did), but they still chose to ignore that information and said the tracking has stopped updating and thus have considered the package lost, refunding you and compensating me.

gdoli @shortcke79 I replied to them again telling them to wait it out because I think you’ll still get the package. I’m really not sure why they chose to refund and treat it as a lost package when I clearly got back to them saying you had forgotten to update your address with them and chosen to forward the package to your new address...

shortcke79 @gdoli let me know when you get this dress back and we can do the transaction again - this dress is absolutely fantastic! Great taste girl! I am truly sorry I oops this one up with my swift move from this address - it was a bad home environment for me - this dress will do me a solid in court!

gdoli @shortcke79 I honestly do not know if I’ll get it back, because there hasn’t been any updates on its whereabouts, but if I do, I’ll contact you. In the meanwhile, maybe try to check with USPS to see if the package is still on its way to you? Maybe it is? The tracking hasn’t moved since the 12th when it was forwarded, so maybe there’s a chance...
