madeline79 Hi there!! I saw the case opened on the Cole Haan purse you purchased from me... I am so sorry! There was nothing on the purse when I packed it, the handbag was in the shopping bag still. I took the blue dust bag from the inside and placed the purse inside to ship to you and the dye must have transferred. I am so very upset for you and me ... :( ... I have no problem accepting your return and understand why.

scbiggs @madeline79 I thought that might have been the case when I had taken it out of a blue dust cover, and I am really sorry that happened! Thank you so much anyway! Maybe the marks can be treated/removed, but I didn’t want to mess with it, of course. Fingers crossed for you!
