sblue357 @marissaaa14 the crotch seam is greatly stretched out exposing the stitching for several inches. It looks like someone that was too big for this size wore them and stretched it out.

marissaaa14 I've received leggings like that from the wholesalers before with legitimate holes in them. I had checked and didn't see anything-no holes, stains, stitching errors etc. (or else i would have returned them). I wore them once as I think I mentioned and I'm a size 4/6. However, you aren't buying a brand new "NWT" item, remember that.

sblue357 @marissaaa14 I was not expecting them to be in "nwt" condition nor do they have any manufacturer defects however the wear to the seam in the crotch makes them not in gently used condition which I did expect them to be since there was no mention of damage in the description of the leggings. I encourage you to inspect the items you sell for damage so that in the future you and the customer are not surprised again.
