koridiva Hi Sara! We just received our order with the Nabi. We love the shoes but we are not able to set up the Nabi. Do you know if there’s a workaround with setting up the profile? If not, we may have to return this purchase. 😔 - I really hope it works out

koridiva @selkin0001 - we just did a factory reset two times and it stays stuck on the internet not working screen. We hit through the introduction video tho but that’s as far as we got. However, our router has no issues and all other devices are working perfectly fine. 😩
