hobh Hi there , The loafers you purchased are a 7 and the sizes have been mixed up by mistake. We do apologize. However... I wear an 81/2 shoe and they fit me perfectly. They do run big. Not sure it you would like me to still send them or you can cancel for a refund. Let us know ASAP. Again... Apologize for this
