Hi I just sent the payment, however in the past when I have purchased items through the site I mark it as goods and services. I know that they charge a 2.9% fee plus a 0.30 cent service charge so I made the total payment be $284 to make sure that after all of the fees it is $275. This is how I have done it in the past so I hope that you don't mind.

Hi @lyndseyxo25 the jacket arrived with white stains on the silk lining on the inside of the piece along with the underside of the lapels (I have uploaded pictures). The dress is in excellent as described condition and I would like to keep it. However, since the stains on the jacket were not disclosed I would like to return it.

When I pulled it out of the box, the first thing that I saw was the underside of the lapel with an area of white stain. It is visible with a quick inspection. If it were a small spot I would have tried to spot clean it, but since there are several affected areas (and silk lining is tricky to clean, even when dry-cleaned) I would feel more comfortable returning it @lyndseyxo25

I feel terrible that happened, I inspect everything before it leaves my hands and I am sorry I missed that. If you'd like to keep it for half the price you paid for it I would be happy to do that so it could cover the cost of dry cleaning the item and give you some money back for the inconvenience. @sara253644

I completely understand. No worries. It's just, I was planing on giving it as a gift. This is the first time that I request to a return an item on postmark so I wasn't sure how to go about it. Thank you for your offer, if you prefer partially refunding rather than providing a shipping label for return then I would be ok with it. Hi, you purchased a bundle of 4 items from which I dropped off on Wednesday. They have not been scanned and I believe it is because the package is over 5 pounds and the shipping label doesn’t go above 5 pounds unless I ordered a new one. So if the order is canceled I’d be more than happy to relist the 4 items and make sure that I put overweight label on. Sorry for the inconvenience
