meldozler So sorry for the condition of the Fitbit band. I meant to send the unused small band I had. I will send that to you right away. As for the charger. It does work. I made sure to charge it slightly to ensure it worked before I sent it. I hope this resolves any issues you had with your purchase.

saraboo_18 @meldozler I’d prefer to have a band before I leave, I can try purchasing another one! Did you un-sync this Fitbit from your device? I thought it was the charger but I could be wrong. I’m just having trouble connecting the Fitbit!

meldozler @saraboo_18 I’m so sorry you are having issues with the Fitbit. I have found Fitbit’s customer service really helpful in the past. I have uninstalled the Fitbit from my phone and Bluetooth so I’m not sure why it’s not syncing for you. Please let me know if there is anything else I can help with.
