swilhelmi @jodiewaller I'm new to Poshmark as well. I have learned that the buyer is protected under Posh Protect as explained under the buyer protection and refund policy. I was not satisfied with the purchase, followed the appropriate protocol, and was approved by Poshmark to submit the return.
