Sara, I am sorry that the watch did not work, I had no issues with it previously. I would've have been happy to work with you on a return, but since you accepted the order, Poshmark will not assist with a return or refund shipping. Please read the Posh guidelines and do not accept orders until you are completely satisfied with the purchase.

I did contact Posh support and they confirmed the above information, but you can attempt to reach out to them. If Posh is willing to work with you on a return, I will be more than happy to oblige, but I would respectfully request that you delete the negative rating first.

I did remove the post/rating, as I stated before this was my first bad purchase so I mistakenly hit accept thinking that I was acknowledging that I received it and then couldn't go back once I realized my mistake.

Hi! Thank you for the offer on my gloves. I’m happy to accept but I had to fly to California to help a friend who is recovering from cancer treatment and my roommate is looking for the gloves. There’s a chance he won’t find them. In that case, I will be home Oct 22. I apologize profusely but if you can wait, I will honor that price. I will let you know if he finds them before then.
