harrisonlauren I am sorry you were not satisfied with the packaging of the poncho. We are in the boston area where the pandemic is at its highest peak. . I used a mailer I had from the house . In these times I hope you can understand that risking my health for the mailing was not an option . Could improve on the rating was insulting due to these times . Please reconsider your comments when you buy from others .
