Hi! I received a message from Poshmark that a claim was opened and that the Skirt is not as described and have asked them to provide me details but am having no luck with getting any info from anyone. Can you please let me know what was wrong with the Skirt and how it differed from description and pics. I want my customers to be happy so I apologize for reaching out to you but am aggravated Poshmark is not replying to me. Thanks!

@lulaluvin2017 it has a snag on it, it has discoloration in several spots and it isn't the same fabric as Lularoe uses. I have several pieces from Pop up shops and the fabric is supposed to be the soft fabric like the leggings on the maxi skirts. I believe it might be a counterfeit Lularoe, and maybe you didn't know when you purchased it, because the tags are completely different than the pieces I have. It's also made in Mexico and Lularoe stuff is made in Taiwan and Vietnam.

@mrsragu a lot of my inventory of maxis are the ITY material and have very few legging material maxis. LLR is made at several different locations globally and it is not counterfeit as it came directly from LLR warehouse. But I do apologize on the discoloration and did not even notice the snag or discoloration when I was looking it over before packaging.

I had 3 other pieces sold last week that I cancelled sale on when I looked them over there were runs and a hole in the seam of another piece.). I am so sorry I did not catch this before i had it shipped out. It did want to mention it is not counterfeit as it was ordered direct from warehouse. But notice that depending where it's made, the Tags inside are different. I am no longer selling LLR and trying to get rid of all of my Inventory.

@lulaluvin2017 I like the skirt and the print and colors are pretty, but the price is just too high for having the discoloration and snag on it ☹️

@mrsragu completely understand! Me and my daughter are going through rest of items I still have with a fine tooth comb now! I do not know how Poshmark handles this as I have never had any issues with my items and catch them before sending. But I do know I had an issue with a pair of coach shoes I purchased and they were not as described and Poshmark let me keep them and also sent me posh credit to use on a future purchase and I believe the girl I bought from still got
