chickiesaks Hi Sara! I understand and appreciate your point, however, it seems you are comparing a used / pre-owned item (your Frye boots) with a NWT item. That said, if you to take a look at the Poshmark solds for The Balm, the average selling price is over $12 for just one jar. As you can see, my counter offer for two jars was below the average selling price. Thanks again!
