mrsmojica Hi Sarah. I saw your purchase was not as expected. I'm so sorry. This was actually a "re-posh" that I only wore once after my pregnancy and I did not notice any defects. Again I'm very sorry about my mistake. Please let me know if there is anything I can do to remedy this. I have sold over $1000 here on posh and have never had any problems so I feel really bad about this. Thank you for the feedback.

saramsattler @mrsmojica Dont feel bad if you didnt know. There is a large whole in the front-side area. I took a picture but I cannot figure out how to upload or send it to you. I dont know enough about poshmark to know how or how to send back or whatever.

saramsattler I'm sorry it has taken so long to get with you. I'm also sorry that I'm not good and knowing how to use poshmark really. If you would like to refund I can do that. I assume I just mail the top back and then you refund. Is that the case? I would just need the address and I can do that.

mrsmojica @saramsattler a refund is no longer an option. If you read poshmark's policy, when you make a purchase you have 3 days from the day it's delivered to report a problem and request a refund. All sales are final after the 3 day period. I am willing to work with you to resolve this problem between us by giving you another shirt.

mrsmojica @saramsattler you'd just have to pay the shipping so I can get a label to ship it to you. I've never had a problem like this before when selling but I have had an issue with a purchase. In that case poshmark refunded my money less the shipping cost and I was able to keep the item. The seller was able to keep her money as well.
