Hours after agreeing on a price and finalizing the purchase, my order was cancelled without any attempt at communication. Come to find the seller had nullified our transaction in favor of doubling her eBay starting bid on the item. She'd previously contacted me directly asking me to look up the item on eBay to give her more negotiation leeway due to the more appealing seller fee structure, and the asking price there, currently $600, was initially $350. Seller integrity definitely for sale.

I gave you a dust bag because you requested one. It wasn’t mentioned in the ad as having one. You asked in comments for one. I didn’t receive it when I purchased the bag but gave you one from my collection. I believe your rating is unfair on a very expensive bag with a free dust bag, and I ask you to please reconsider your rating on this beautiful piece of ostrich.

Hello! You gave me an unfair rating of 2 stars for a flaw that was clearly stated in the listing description. The listing also included a photo of the flaw. The snap is still connected together. Once unsnapped it can be reattached. This was stated in the listing as a flaw and the reason for selling the dress as such a low price. I would of preferred for you to return the dress if you were unhappy with the purchase, so a buyer who is happy and satisfied could enjoy it!

@isai18 I prefer the right buyer to accept an item they are happy with and not buy an item, knowing there is a flaw, accept the item and then leave an unfair rating! If you deem the dress to be worth 2 stars why didn’t you return it! I’ve been paid regardless and your rating is the ONLY 2 star rating. So it’s not hurting me, but it’s the principle. Return an item your not satisfied with….
