luv2havfun62 @klawsam I broke my foot in 2015 & had a red cast too!! It was the longest 8 weeks... Of. My. Life. I felt like I was never really clean, because half of my leg was covered. I live in the desert, and my biggest fear was that a scorpion would somehow manage to get into our house, find me, crawl inside my cast, then sting me to death!! 🦂 Although highly unlikely, that was my biggest fear. I'm happy to share, it remained a nightmare, and never happened! 😉

klawsam @luv2havfun62 lol!!! I break bones so easy! I just got over both ankles bend broken at same time which was the hardest to heal and took the longest and the most painful! Here's hoping that 2018 will be a year of no broken bones lol!!!!

I am at 180 😔 and I’m on this 310 nutrition diet, it’s great! 2 shakes a day and 1 healthy meal, plus I’ve cut out all sugar 🙈 hardest thing for me ever !!!!! I love coke, but they have 310 Lemonades, Blackberry and Raspberry are my fav. Packets you add too bottled water - I’ve never been a fan of water either !! But now I can easily drink 5-7 bottles a day!! So I’m giving it my all!!!

cdelp116 110, your crushing it That’s amazing !! I haven’t been 110 since I was a teen, and that was 30 years ago !! But I remember the self confidence I had and I remember feeling healthy! I need that now just to keep up with my grandkids 😊. 😂! I’m sure you look and feel Beautiful!! You must have GREAT will power!! You should be extremely proud !! 😊💖.
