@dekam6 hey Sara! I believe you may have received the wrong shirt you purchased from me. If you received a brown T-shirt let me know I meant to send it to a different buyer. And that buyer got the top you were supposed to get. If this is true let me know, I’ll contact Poshmark support and they can issue new shipping labels for y’all to swap them easily.

@dekam6 hey Sara, Posh contacted me just now to let you know how to proceed: to request they open a formal request to return this item. Once they open up the request, we will be able to issue them shipping labels to ship the wrong item they received back. —this way they can send you a shipping label to where you need to send the wrong shirt to & same for other person.

@dekam6 hey Sara can please help me out so we can get this resolved. In order to get you & other buyer the right tops, you’ll need to “open a case”. To do that, go to “purchases”, then “Problems/inquiry”, then contact Poshmark to “open the case” saying you “Received Wrong Item”, & they’ll respond back to Open it, confirm it, & send you the shipping label.

I honestly don’t know why she didn’t get the Free Label Posh sent her like they sent you but she’s mailing it to you tmw. Hi Sara - this is Leigh Anne - of the Saturday Sunday sweatshirt. I saw your comment - I reached out to Poshmark support to let them know you haven’t received it. Did you also report it? There’s a drop down box on the order next to the status that shows Delivered (Problems/Order Inquiry) and you can report that “Order Not Delivered”. I don’t have that option, just a general support request. They should be able to they’ll find it. I’ll keep you posted if/when I hear back from them. Thx
