@sara_vu hi! this is caitlin gerard, you recently purchased the lululemon shorts from me! I dropped them in my dorms mailbox before I left for thanksgiving break and for some reason it is showing that it hasn’t shipped, so I am assuming that the mail workers for my dorm did not pick up mail before the break. I am so sorry but I guess it will ship after the break, but it will ship just later than usual!

hi, just saw your comment t and wanted to clear up a few things. the items in your box were in used condition (which is described as a possibility in the listing, EUC means “excellent used condition” without visible damage) and everything was sent as promised in the description. i have a lot of experience selling here and if you market/photograph the items well you should be able to sell and earn all or most of your money back.

poshmark doesn’t allow returns on mystery boxes so it would be impossible for you to return and get a refund unfortunately. i have that in the description of the mystery box listing just to make sure all the buyers know that, i would do it otherwise :((

@sara_vu i’d recommend uploading photos with good daylight lighting, of all angles of the clothing, photos of the tag, and a detailed description as well. on the bottom of the screen of the app there’s a little “sell” tab you can click on and put in the photos, description, sizing, brand, etc

@cadystringer im not sure that i would be able to sell to anyone as there are three holes in the black and white tie dye shirt and there are stray strings everywhere on the black collared shirt
